How to retrieved deleted character?

admin i asked how to retrieved account deleted?

I play around 2 pm Philippines time then got dc

then server site fatal error

and waiting to back the server but

when will log in may account

may character gone

i think is deleted

because the character slot only one

i think 1 account have 2 slot can create character

please help me.........

the server have some problems now,, please be patient ,,, the gm`s and admins are FIXING the main server now,, me also have the same problem so lets just wait for the announcement of the server DONE
