I Can't make my Character Reborn? Help PLS!!

At first, I managed to get my char to lvl 300.
I asked other player if is it necessary to pay 25EP just to make my char reborn?
They said that I only needed to select server and my char will be.
I done that but the thing is, its just rollback its lvl to 250?
I've done this to 3 times already hoping that its only a bug yet it doesn't?

Please reply anyone..
