I can't click to personal store

sorry, cuz i'm in stuck..
anyone know why i can't click to personal store at market place..
and when i enter to market there was a pop up like writed "m_angola.cps/ Can't Load Skin object. Wrong version!"
it's like that, and when i go back to server list when playing game it always crash..

p.s: i have re-install it, and re-download it and then re-install it again..thx

after downloading the full client install the either launcher fix or error bug fix and let your launcher autopatch

solved, but actually the "m_angola.cps/ Can't Load Skin object. Wrong version!" still pop up-ing when i go to the market..
but anyway i can click to personal store, the problem is i click the man not the "bubble" hhehhehe noob problem XD
but still can't go to server list while in game, so i have to quit to choosing another character, little bit annoying but that's ok
